I had a brow lift 3-4 yrs. ago. The one side never lifted. I went back to the same Dr. for a re-do with no results. I am tired of looking this way and looking for someone to help me.
Answer: Brow lift - Gliding Browlift thank you for posting your question. A gliding brow lift might be a good solution for you. It can be tailored very well to match the opposite site. In cases like yours, it might be performed under local anesthesia. A small incision is made within the hairline. Exspect some bruising and some swelling during the first days after the surgery. A gliding brow lift is usually very well tolerated.

Answer: I would address this with a Gliding Browlift You didn’t mention the previous browlift approach (coronal? Endoscopic?) but I would revise your lift with a subcutaneous technique called a gliding browlift. This approach allows excellent lift to the entire brow, and I would do both sides and overcorrect your right lower side. The fixation requires a network of quilting sutures that are visible but only in place for 3-4 days. I think this would be an good option to consider.

Answer: Revision browlift You didn't mention the technique used to raise the brow, but the inner portion of your right brow appears low. In cases where the inner brow is low, I prefer to use a transcutaneous browlift. This will eliminate the extra skin and does not relapse like other techniques. You have an excellent hairline for this procedure.

Answer: Consider Botox + HA Filler For A Nonsurgical Browlift I'm really sorry you have gone to all the expense, discomfort and disappointment from the surgical browlifts. For many people I typically recommend, whenever appropriate, considering a nonsurgical Botox/HA Filler Browlift, which may still be possible for the problem brow in this case. If so, then an appropriate medium viscosity HA filler can be used to elevate the outer third of the problem eyebrow creating a more desirable, feminine, upward and outward flare of the tail of the brow. And to elevate the inner portion of the brow, Botox can be used in the appropriate glabella location to suppress the downward pull of the muscles there and thus allowing the inner brow to elevate. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert, and best of luck.
