I got surgery done, I got (bbl, lipo 360, breasts, lip filler) but I was suppose to get chin lipo as well. During my preop my surgeon noted I had dermatographia, but he said it was not an isssue. I signed all my paper work, agreeing to all the procedures. I woke up I noticed I hadn’t recieved the service. His assistant told me he didn’t want to do it becuase it was risky. The chin lipo was a promotion he had going on. I believe the condition I have doesn’t hurt. Is this a breach of contract?
