Chin lipo not performed - is this a breach of contract?

This is a very interesting issue. During surgery especially when doing multiple areas or procedures. If the surgeon does not feel he can complete a specific portion of the procedure. It is his decision to continue or not to continue with the operation or doing that procedure. It appears your surgeon did not feel comfortable to complete the chin. Lipo, which was such a minor portion of the complete surgical procedures you can send it for. I assume the surgeon would be happy to refund you a minimal amount of paid dollars but at the end of the day if the rest of the surgery was completed to your satisfaction chin, Lipo can be done at another time with another surgeon.
