21 yo. 5'3". 110lbs. I have these lines appear around my chin and mouth when I smile. I tried changing the way I smile to fix it but I want a surgical solution. Hoping for something permanent and trying to avoid fillers, but if that's the only thing, I'll do it. I am trying to research board certified surgeons, but I don't know what kind of specialty will be able to help me. Any feedback is appreciated!
