Can lipo 360 without BBL be helpful?

Thank you for your question.  Depending upon your candidacy for the procedure, circumferential liposuction might provide you with better overall body contour without the need for a BBL.  By circumferentially addressing the midsection and thighs, this '360' liposuction can often provide the illusion of a BBL without having had a BBL or incurring the cost or downtime associated with it.  If you are interested in achieving better overall body contour I would recommend scheduling a complementary consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in these procedures.  At the time of your consultation, your cosmetic goals can be best addressed and your physical evaluation will help to better define the procedure(s) required to meet that goal.  I hope that you find this helpful and I wish you all of the best.

Hello and thank you for your question.  The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. If you are an appropriate candidate, then waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks,
and lower back and fat grafting to your buttocks can greatly
improve your overall shape with a smaller waist.  Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most important

gigi38nyc.  Photos or physical exam needed, but as long as your BMI is below 32 and you are in good health, liposuction alone is a reasonable option. It will be safer and result far superior if weight is reasonable.  Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Hello, thanks for your question and provided information. It is always better to have liposuction in your whole body to make contour and more harmonious shape.

The short answer to your question is yes.  This, of course, depends on whether you are an appropriate surgical candidate.  A good portion of the surgery is shaping the gluteal region with selective fat removal is many areas around the trunk.  This gives the illusion of a gluteal augmentation without the cost and risk of fat transfer.  In many patients, this is a very reasonable alternative to consider.  Good luck!

Lipo 360 can be helpful without performing a BBL as well. It can give an illusion of a BBL in some instances.
