Hi! So I really dislike the lower part of my face. I can't really put it into words so maybe someone can help so I can start researching some fillers. It looks like everything kind of blends into each other and I have no structure to my face. My lips seem to just blend in to my skin, my lips are really downturned and saggy, and I have a dent in my chin. What fillers would you recommend?
Answer: HA Fillers Work Well For Defining Lip Borders, Enhancing The Philtrum & Staightening The Cupid's Bow At least from the one photo, there appears to be some loss of definition to the philtral columns, Cupid's Bow and vermilion borders of the lips. If this is so then the skillful use of a mallleable, low viscosity, cohesive HA filler can quite simply be used to strengthen and better define the philtral columns, Cupid's Bow and the vermilion borders of both the upper and lower lips. And if by the dent in your chin you mean the horizontal indentation separating the base of the lower lip from the upper portion of the chin, the area known as the mental crease (nothing to do with the mind; mental refers to the chin), then a robust HA lifting filler can be used to elevate and smooth it--thereby making it less prominent. All of the above in the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector can be performed in about twenty minutes with immediate, on the spot results. Hope this helps. Best of luck.

Answer: Lower face filler I would recommend some sort of Hyaluronic Acid filler to your full face in order to provide structure and appropriate facial proportions. My go-to lip filler product to inject is Restylane Kysse. It is the perfect hybrid product that will provide structure and natural volume. For chin denting and structure, I always suggest the combo of neurotoxin (Botox or Dysport) + HA filler to the chin to soften out asymmetries. Number of syringes used will be determined upon in-person assessment with an experienced provider. While treating these areas of concern may improve the lower third of your face, it is VERY important to address the entire face as a whole in order to see a well-balanced and natural result. Most often times, I need to add volume to the cheeks so that the lower face can be more pronounced!

Answer: Filler for the chin Hello and thank you for your question! Filler in the chin can help define the chin and create a more angular, contoured look. It can also provide balance to the face by improving the proportion between the chin and lips. Botox can help improve the appearance of a downturned mouth. By injecting the DAO muscle with Botox, the muscle is temporarily relaxed, preventing it from pulling the corners of the mouth downwards. This can create a more youthful appearance by lifting the corners of the mouth upwards.

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Fillers They are many fillers available to address various areas. Restylane Lyft and Juvederm Voluma are used to give lift and structure to the mid face. Under eyes and lips can be addressed with regular Restylane or Juvederm if a firmer feel is acceptable. Restylane Kysse is designed specifically for the lips, leaving a soft, natural look and feel.

Answer: You have beautiful lips I think you have beautiful lips. The corners of the mouth are being pulled downward, that is cause by the contraction of the muscle in the lower corner of the mouth, that is fixable with some neurotoxin like BOTOX or Dysport. If you would like more volume on the chin, that is very easy to fix with chin filler. For a better evaluation look for an injector near you, that is trustful and reliable. Hope this helps.
