Hi! I got laser Labiaplasty 1 week ago and haven't had any pain since day 3. I've finished my antibiotics yesterday (day 6), and noticed on day 4 a slight build up of white substance along the insision line where the disolvable stitches are. I noticed this start to happen when I stopped wearing a gauze to absorb the moisture. I'm just needing advice if this is just a moist scab causing it to be white, or a yeast infection? Also, I am in no pain at all, just very slight burning sensation occasionally :)

Tricare did cover a labiaplasty case I did when I was first starting out doing them, but insurance generally does not cover them.Furthermore, the docs who are doing them under insurance aren't good enough to do them for cash, otherwise they would. That's just the sad state of medicine. NO one...
1 week recovery should be no problem. Your goal is perfectly realistic and actually will mean a less aggressive procedure. Obviously you need to find a plastic surgeon in order to do both procedures at once.
Hello and thank you for your question!
I tell every patient that you will see signficant healing at 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months with less obvious healing out to 6-9 months.
It takes every body part almost a full year to mature, remodel and heal.
Hope that helps!
In good health,
