I had a labiaplasty 4 days ago and although everything seems to be healing ok I have a large collection of dried blood that is stuck to my stitches near my clitoral hood which hangs down when I stand up, my surgeon said not to worry that it will come away in its on time but it's freaking me out as I can't clean the stitches under it, is there anything I can do to help clean this quicker?

Unfortunately, these bumps do not heal on their own. It looks like there is some more edema. After these edemas pass, they get a little smaller.
You will need to have revision labiaplasty surgery to correct these bumps.
