Will liposuction fix my overhang from surgery? (Photos)

Question

Stomach surgery when very young created overhung fat. Will liposuction fix this? Seen incredible before and afters with skin tightening lipo such as Vaser, trying to avoid a surgical tummy tuck until after children. Happy with size of breasts. Would like them or lifted, would either a fat transfer to the breast or liposuction breast reduction work to lift them? Again trying to avoid having implants. If implants are required what sort would you reccomend would I require a lift also?

Thank you for your your question and photos. Liposuction removes local fat deposits. It  alone would not give you a satisfactory result if the purpose is to get nice and flat and tight tummy. And the same is also true for breast that   Liposuction  for breast reduction would not be of any benefit. to your breast goals. You need breast lift with implant. Fat grafting vs implant is not a subject of debate in your case as fat transfer is helpful, but not as predictable as an implant with regard to desired volume.

Thanks for your your question and photos. Liposuction alone would not give you a satisfactory result with regard to your abdomen. Since you already have a scar, there is little downside, and you would have a large improvement by lowering the scar and fixing the counter by at least doing a mini-abdominoplasty.    Liposuction breast reduction would not be of any benefit to your breast goals. You could do a lift only with some fat transfer if you are not willing to consider a small implant. Keep in mind that fat transfer is helpful, but not as predictable as an implant with regard to volume.

The flap of skin directly above your scar can be removed with just a scar revision. Recommend that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of breast augmentations each year to determine whether a breast lift with fat transfer would the best path for you to reach your end goals.

I completely understand your desire to hold off having a Tummytuck until after children, however any type of liposuction will not correct the skin overhang present from your childhood surgery. Your best option would be liposuction with mini Tummytuck, as this would address the redundant skin of your lower abdomen, yet not affect future childbearing years.   If you wish to avoid breast implants, then breast lift with fat transfer can be an option if you don’t desire to become larger than one size up. The breast lift will address your slight asymmetry and shape and lift your breasts nicely. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for a full evaluation. Good luck.

Based on your photos, a breast lift will give you the best result. You have hanging skin on your abdomen, which can best be removed with a tummy tuck. You may find some improvement with aggressive liposuction but the excess skin will remain, even with so called skin tightening liposuction procedures.

Unfortunately liposuction is not likely going to give you a pleasing result.  It will remove excess fat but skin tightening would be limited.  A tummy tuck is the best way to address your concern.  For the breasts you can consider a breast lift with fat transfer depending on the result you are wanting.  I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for a consultation to determine the procedures best for you.

Hi. Lipo alone will not correct your hanging and lose skin.  You already have a scar that will be the one to be use for the Tummy Tuck which is the right procedure to correct your condition. As for the breast you do need a Breast Lift with Implants, since your Nipple-Areola Complex is located under the mammary crease and needs to goes up. Without implants your breast will remain  too small. I recommend you a Breast Lift with Silicone Cohesive Gel High Profile Implants (Gummy Bear) to be placed under your pectoral muscles to avoid migration and obtain a very natural look. Breast Lift with Implant + Tummy Tuck are combinable procedures if your hemoglobin level is at 13 grams minimum.Breast Lipo is not even perform, so forget about it, and fat transfer will never get to the amount of volume that you need. The safest way to correct your condition is Breast Implant.
