I've lost about 65 pounds and have lots of loose stomach skin and a large bust that causes severe lower/upper back pain. I'm 20 pounds from my goal weight, but it's become impossible for me to exercise because of the pain, so I've been stuck at the same weight for months. If I have the procedures now and am able to exercise more because of it and end up losing more weight, like 30 pounds, would that ruin my result? If so, are there non-surgical procedures like laser that could improve the look?
