I would see no problem having fillers placed along the jawline in someone who is wearing braces.  You can confirm this with your orthodontist.

There shouldn’t be a reason why you can’t get fillers with braces, but it’s not a bad idea to check with your orthodontist just in case. Another thing to keep in mind is that it can take up to two weeks for fillers to settle into place and for any swelling or bruising to diminish. So if you are planning on getting fillers before an event, try to schedule your appointment at least two weeks ahead of time so your results have time to fully develop before showing them off.
