Thanks for your question. It's important to have a real physical exam to get a sense of the characteristics of your chest tissue. Everyone's skin and dermis are different, and this can potentially determine what surgical procedure will be best. With that limitation in mind, your pictures do appear to show enough breast/fatty tissue that I think you would not be happy with the outcome of a procedure using an incision only around the areola.

When appropriate, double incision surgery can end up with a really nice form and appearance. The horizontal incisions improve and fade with time and the nipple grafts can be reshaped, resized, and appropriately placed on the chest.

You should have no problem with getting any fillers while in braces. Please make sure you know the credentials of anyone who may be your injector. It's important to stay safe as even fillers have produce serious complications.

I recently had a patient come into the office asking about this as an alternative to a traditional abdominoplasty or a mini-abdominoplasty. The benefits of this procedure are  limited and only address the skin and fat just around the belly button. Trying to do too much with this type of procedure may result in scar widening or poor wound healing.

It's important for patients to understand the goals of all of the surgical options to address the abdominal contour. Different procedures do different things to address the the abdominal musculature and the overlying skin and fat. Every patient is unique and their goals unique so the planned surgery must be individualized.

Asymmetry after Botox injection is a common problem. It is often related to imprecise dosing of Botox on each side or imprecise placement of Botox on each side.

Going forward, it is always helpful to keep a record of how much Botox was used in each anatomic area of the face. In addition, the depth of injection is important to record as well. Bring this record to either the same injector or new injector to be able to map out a plan to minimize the change of future asymmetry or abnormality.

While Botox is not permanent, significant asymmetry can be emotionally taxing. As echoed by another reviewer, one option is to try to apply Botox to the side whose muscles function normally. This will mask the asymmetry by weakening the stronger side. This is tricky to accomplish perfectly and may not ultimately result in a pleasing smile. Allowing time for the Botox to lose effect may be the best option.

It is important to be evaluated by a trained physician to determine what will be best for you. The muscles of the face work in harmony and the use of Botox can produce both desired and undesired effects. Addressing the forehead can cause a lowering of the eyebrow. Addressing the glabella and crows feet can produce a lift of the eyebrow. Careful administration and dosing of Botox is essential to provide the results that an individual patient desires.
