There is no reason you cannot resume your infared sauna workouts after Radiesse.  In fact, the infared will aid in healing and speed up your recovery time.  If you are actively swelling, you may have an initial increase in swelling and then it will resolve.  Enjoy your infared sauna, they offer many health benefits.

While this is an "off-label" use of Emsculpt, it can be used on the thighs and hamstrings.  It is important that the Emsculpt provider is trained and experienced in such off-label use.  It is important that the paddles are placed properly in these areas to get the greatest benefit. We have great success in treating upper legs in our practice using Emsculpt. I hope this helps!

I cannot comment on Fraxin specifically, but I would ask if you have tried zinc supplementation prior to your injections.  The mechanism of action for Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau, etc. ALL require adequate zinc levels to work.  If you are not having optimum efficacy with any neurotoxin, zinc supplementation is the first thing to try.  I use Zytaze in my practice when I have a non-responder and have very good results.  According to a pilot study off 44 patients, utilizing Zytaze demonstrated that increasing zinc levels for 4 days prior to a planned botulinum toxin injection resulted in an increase in both the treatment effect as well as duration. Importantly, the study included blepharospasm, hemifacial spasm and cosmetic patients.This study suggests that using Zytaze may lead to fewer toxin injections at a lower dose and with less treatment-to-treatment variability in effect.  I hope this helps, good luck to you.

Thanks for the question.  Unfortunately, swelling post injections in the tear-trough/lower lid area is common.  Voluma would not be my first choice to inject in this area.  The hyaluronidase will dissolve the product, but that process creates inflammation and more swelling.  A series of lymphatic drainage massage with cupping can be very effective in resolving swelling in this area.  Find an experience massage therapist that works specifically with aesthetic patients for this type of treatment.  Good luck to you.
