Would like to know best filler for tear troughs. Have had restylane under eyes previously (last time was 3 years ago). One eye still looks fine. One looks puffy. Not sure if overfilled with old product or needs further filler.

I actually prefer to use Restylane for the delicate area under the eyes as it has the right consistency. But I place the filler deep. If it is the filler causing the puffiness on the right side, you may need to have it dissolved before trying again.
