The pics posted show my face recently pregnant and now, 10 months later. I know I have lost a lot of weight which I can hopefully gain back, but how can I return my skin to look full and plump again?I had a consult regarding a mini lift but the surgeon said not worth it for me. Sculptra has been great in the past but I'm worried it can't help me now. I feel like I have aged 20 years!

Answer: Volume loss after pregnancy Hello, Thank you for your photo and question. There are several treatments that can help volumize and tighten the skin. Ultherapy can help build collagen and tighten the skin. Lasers might be a good option for skin tightening. PDO threads can lift and tighten the skin. Fillers are great for volumizing and Sculptra is also a good option. Make sure you go to an experienced provider who can go over all your concerns and help you reach your goal. Sincerely, Sie Thomas, FNP-BC

Answer: What does my face need? Hello and thank you for your question and photo's. I recommend hyluronic dermal fillers or I also inject fat in the mid face and lips for many of my patient's, which is basically permanent and over time, more economical.
