Tobacco use and ultraviolet light (sun exposure) have been shown to increase hyaluronidase but weight loss does not. A significant amount of weight loss (usually more than 10 pounds) can cause loss of volume in the face though, from natural fat loss but this is not a loss of filler volume. Good luck!
