I had Dysport injections in forehead, frown and crows feet 57 hours ago (to be exact) I have seen an improvement in my crows feet, and while I see a slight improvement in my other 2 areas, there’s still quite a lot of movement. Will it continue to improve? Or is this the result I’ll get?

If your Dysport has always worked in the past and there has only been an issue with this last treatment then it was likely due to the Dysport itself or the injection technique. It is unlikely that it suddenly would no longer work for you. If the Dysport was old, reconstituted incorrectly or...
I'm sorry you are unhappy with your Dysport results. The treatment is in full effect after two weeks and then will begin to fade gradually over approximately three to four months. It may be a bit quicker for you since a low dose was administered.
It's difficult to say specifically what is going on without knowing more information. Some people do react differently to the various neuromodulators and many will prefer one over another. Three days from injection is too soon to judge the last treatment. A full 14 days is recommended to see...
