Should I have an ultrasound before implant removal?

chelem2
My left implant has capsulated to painful Level 2 rather quickly in last month. My right one is the opposite very soft. Original augmentation with Sietra "Gummy Bear" in 2014. Should I do ultrasound before scheduled removal to see if cancer? Two things. Aggressive mammogram tech in March. Also I got very sick in May with a gut virus and got bad edema. After the edema I noticed my breast getting progressively harder. Just want wise advice, peaceful short process. No other symptoms.
