I'm a nonbinary individual and i feel insecure with my 32D chest. I want to be able to tape them down whenever I want, but currently this is not possible as they are simply too large for that purpose. I also get backpain easily and feel like they don't fit the rest of my body. Would it be possible to achieve a natural looking A to B chest? And is my breast size big enough to justify this surgery? Thanks in advance.
Answer: May be Difficult While it is certainly possible, it would be difficult to get the breasts as small as you want and still leave something with an aesthetically pleasing shape. Could be possible for a high B or low C cup but all the way down to an A would likely be best performed by a formal masculinization surgery if that is your goal.

Answer: D cup to A cup with breast reduction surgery You are a great candidate for breast reduction surgery. You can eadily go full A cup or small B cup after the operation which will give you outstanding results. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Reduction Yes, you can achieve a more proportionate size with a reduction mammoplasty. A reasonable size to expect would be approximately a "C" cup. Given the fact that you (presumably) have good skin elasticity, normal nipple position and minimal ptosis, liposuction can be a good option. The only limitation is if you are young, and the breast is mostly gland (which does not suck out) and the amount of volume reduction will be limited. The nice thing with liposuction is tiny, imperceptible scars, local anesthesia and minimal downtime. Something to consider. Thank you.

Answer: Downsizing from a D cup to a B cup. Yes, it may possible to go from a 32D to a natural-looking B cup through breast reduction surgery. However, in order to determine if it's possible for you, you will need an in-person consultation for a full examination and review of your medical history. It is also important to note that depending on different factors, such as the amount of tissue that can be safely removed at one time (while preserving breast tissue and skin and preserving the nipple), you may need to stage the breast reduction into two procedures to get down to the desired cup size. In addition, the goal of breast reduction surgery is typically to address back pain, shoulder pain, heaviness, inability to exercise, sweating clothing not fitting well and other concerns while preserving and reshaping the breast so that it is in proportion to other body features. Thus, while reducing to an A cup may be theoretically possible, it may not be the best fit for every body shape and size.

Answer: Breast reduction Dear user17302, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breasts If you want to keep sensation to your nipples, then an A or B cup is not realistic. You can probably go down one cup, maybe one and half cups. Enough tissue must be kept to maintain the circulation to your nipples. If you are OK with grafting your nipples, with no function or sensation ever, then you can be taken down to any size, including all breast tissue removed. I do not recommend grafted nipples.
