Can I lose breast fat after gaining weight about 2 years after breast reduction?

I find that communication is key with your surgeon. Visuals usually help as well! I always direct my patients to the real self before and after photo gallery and have them provide me with 2-3 “goal” or “wish” photos of the size they desire prior to surgery.

You probably have excess breast tissue in the axilla and side areas which does sometimes get sore when hormones fluctuate. If need, more from these areas could be removed. Go back to your surgeon or find another and discuss your concerns.
