400cc, textured explanted in 2019 & fat transfer 2021 - is it safe to reimplant & would I need a lift?

Explanted in 2019 400ccs textured silicone high profile OTM. FT in 2021 which helped a lot because explant left me flat. Still missing my upper pole and the left is saggy. In 2014 I was diagnosed with neutropenia with no explanation and was very sick. I was put on neupogen injections in 2018 and just 6 months later I explanted. I'm so much healthier now although I still have neupogen injections! In 2021 I had a fat transfer and it gave me some breast tissue after being left with nothing . I miss my upper pole. Is it safe to reimplant? Would I need a lift? I would love a small natural looking implant just to fill the pocket and help with the double crease. Thank you!!
