From your photograph, you appear to have plenty of volume. The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Hello, thank you for your question. I would speak to your plastic surgeon about this, see if you can see how each feels in your hand. Highly cohesive can be a bit more firm but if it ruptures tends to stay within the silicone shell.

First, your goal photos are not the best goal since these implants are starting to bottom out from being too large and heavy. Second, do place the implants behind the muscle for better support and more upper breast fullness. Third, please do not choose large heavy implants. Your now stretched out sagging tissue will not support heavy weight, and you do not have large breast bases.

More cohesive implants don’t have that much change in breast augmentation results. The primary factors are always going to be the individual. Patient’s candidacy for procedure was performed, as well as choosing the right size and shape of implants. These variables are far more important than how cohesive the implant is.
If you’ve chosen a provider, then ask your plastic surgeon if you have questions regarding implants. If not, I suggest having multiple in person consultations with a plastic surgeons who have extensive breast surgery in your community.
