If you don’t want implants then you don’t need them. A breast lift alone would be sufficient to reshape your breasts to make them perkier. Only a small amount of tissue is removed so you’ll be roughly the same size as now, however your breasts may fit into your bra differently because of their perkier shape. For some women, this may mean you’ll need to wear a different sized bra (smaller or larger). However, please note that your actual breasts will be about the same size.

As long as you are ok with your current cup size, you can do a lift alone. This will naturally lift the breast above your lower breast fold, raise and centralize your nipple on the breast mound and make the areola smaller, which will look quite nice. Realize that permanent scarring is the trade-off and the final contours will be tear drop shaped. There will not be a lot of upper pole fullness you normally see associated with breast implants. But if you are ok with a natural contour, you will be pleased.
