Breast lift small boobs? (Photo)

Question

I have a B cup and am happy with the size. I don’t want implants at all for a lot of reasons. I don’t want big boobs. Would a breast lift take away from my size? Would I be able to get away with just a donut lift? The other option I considered was a breast fat transfer to “fluff” them back up but worried that won’t correct the sagging or it might Increase my size more than I want... would be ok with maybe a cup size increase at the most.

Hello and thank you for your question.
It appears that the Left breast is larger than right, and both areolae are too large and too low. You would benefit from a lollipop or peri-areolar breast lift in order to correct your widened areolae and improve the breast shape and nipple position.
I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to further discuss your options and expectations.

Thank you for your question.  Yes I think a breast lift will help the look of you breast in terms and position and firmness but it will give you the illusion that is smaller because is going to be firmer by removing the extra skin.

Breast lifts using a lollipop incision are designed for middle sized reductions or for patients who need the nipple to be lifted by more than 2 cm. The donut incision around the areola is extended downward which takes the tension off the areola. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Dear Sensible8717,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You need a lift, and will need the vertical lift.  If you are happy with your size, then just do a lift. Fat transfer can be added later if you would like some increase in volume. However, the transfer is done only to actual breast tissue and does not lift nor fill up the upper sagging portion.
