I have a B cup and am happy with the size. I don’t want implants at all for a lot of reasons. I don’t want big boobs. Would a breast lift take away from my size? Would I be able to get away with just a donut lift? The other option I considered was a breast fat transfer to “fluff” them back up but worried that won’t correct the sagging or it might Increase my size more than I want... would be ok with maybe a cup size increase at the most.

Yes you definitely would benefit from a revision. Your breasts still hang over your fold incisions- there is a lot of room for improvement!
If your breasts are composed of a lot of fatty tissue, your breast size will fluctuate with weight gain or loss. Think back to when you lost or gained weight in the past. Did the weight loss affect your breast size and volume? I always recommend that patients be at a maintainable weight before...
