Do I need a breast lift revision? (Photo)

Yes you definitely would benefit from a revision. Your breasts still hang over your fold incisions- there is a lot of room for improvement!

Since you are still at the very early stages of healing, I would recommend to be patient and to wait for all the swelling to decrease. Also, it can take a few months for the breasts to settle into their final position in order to see the final shape.
I would definitely discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon or seek additional second option.

It is too early in the healing stages of recovery to see the end result; I would suggest waiting six months for all the swelling to go down and incisions to heal before considering undergoing another surgical procedure. Keep following your surgeon's post op instructions; early postoperative appearance may not mirror final result.

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast lift surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 10 days post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides, you will be able to see the final result of your surgery.

You are very early in the healing stage and have swelling. Plus, the swelling may not be the same for both breasts since you do nor use your arms the same. Please, for no, be patient and let things heal. In about 5-6 months, then you can discuss any concerns and what can be done. Please discuss all your concerns with your doctor. Ten days from surgery is just too early to see your final results.
