I’m 29 year old female had twins c section on 5/31/17 looking to do a breast lift (no implants). I’m currently a 34DD (saggy). What cup size would i be with just a lift? Also, What is the price range for just a lift in Michigan?

This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Answer: Cup size after lift Hello, and thank you for your question and photos. You are a good candidate for a Vertical Mastopexy (Breast Lift). Shape and position would be improved significantly, but without an implant the upper portion of the breast would not be as full as some would like.

Answer: Lift You would do well with a lift, and probably would go done a cup in size which will still fit your frame and tissue. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your concerns.
