The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Hello, and thank you for your question and photos. You are a good candidate for a Vertical Mastopexy (Breast Lift). Shape and position would be improved significantly, but without an implant the upper portion of the breast would not be as full as some would like.
It is very difficult to estimate cup size in these scenarios, but I think one size down would be a good guess. You could decrease a bit more, if that is your goal.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You are definitely an excellent candidate for a breast lift. No implant needed. Even if breast tissue is not removed you can expect your breasts to seem smaller, something on the order of a D cup.

You would do well with a lift, and probably would go done a cup in size which will still fit your frame and tissue. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your concerns.

During a mastopexy excess skin is removed and the nipple position is raised. The amount of breast tissue remains the same. Your breast size will be unchanged, but the shape will be improved. Costs for the procedure vary by region and surgeon. A great resource is the ASPS website to find board certified plastic surgeons near you.

You are a very good candidate for a lollipop breast lift. You size does not change, just your shape. So id you are a D cup now, you will remain a D cup after.
Michigan prices I cannot comment on. In NYC, they range from $10,000-$14,000
