You need to do the revision in a OR, never in an office, also you will need a mesh to fix the lower pol.

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. A revision requires more advanced techniques and surgical tools than can be used in an office. It also requires that the procedure take place in a sterile environment, such as an operating room (OR). An OR has the necessary equipment and staff to ensure the safety of the patient during their surgery. In addition, anesthesia must be administered by a qualified technician who is trained to use this specialized equipment. Furthermore, the OR ensures that proper protocols are followed to reduce any risks associated with the procedure. Unfortunately this is a problem that is relatively frequently seen after lift of large breasts. Due to gravity, breast tissue is moving downwords, expanding skin envelope and creating deformity. You should consider having a small reduction in order to achieve longer lasting result. Hope this helps.

I recommend having your revision in the OR to ensure comfort and safety. Removing the extra skin I’ve your lower breast will involve a large surface area and multiple nerves.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. This can be corrected but will require an operating room rather than an office setting. An in person evaluation is always best to determine the best plan.

I would suggest discussing this with your surgeon to see what he/she can do in the office and what has to be done in the OR.

I agree with you. the answer though, depends on the capabilities of the doctor and his office set up. We do these in office and disclose that it will cost 400.00 dollars Before we do the original lift. The price is good for 1 year following the lift. Skin is different in everybody and so are results.
