I had a breast lift with implants originally done March 2021, I then had to have another breast lift January 2022. I am now having to have it redone a 3rd time schedule for April 2023, I'm very frustrated and feel as if this is not normal, my surgeon is giving me $800 off of my abdominal lipo because I will already be under for my breast lift revision. Does that seem correct or is it because he feels bad for having to redo my lift 3 times?
Answer: Lift If you had very saggy breast tissue prior to your first lift and/or selected a heavy implant for fullness, the lift may not hold in spite of your surgeon's best efforts. You probably need a mesh for support. If you have an implant, go down in size. It was kind of him to offer you a discount.

Answer: Many factor affect breast lift longevity I'm sure your surgeon is frustrated that you are needing this again. What explanations were you given? The most common contributors to needing re-lifted are: Size of implants, placement of implants and quality of skin. Large implants weigh on the skin and can cause stretch. If your implants are very large or in the sub-glandular position, they will continue to weigh down the breast. Do you have stretch marks on your breasts? Breast skin with stretch marks is going to keep stretching out. This generally happens between the nipple and the bottom breast fold. Sadly it's your DNA that dictates skin quality and longevity. I hope this gives you some insight as to why you are faced with repeated stretching.

Answer: Breast lift Dear itsskeyyanna, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Revision surgery Thanks so much for reaching out. It is not normal to have three surgeries on your breast in such a short period of time. However, at times there are good reasons to do so. It’s hard to comment much further without the details of your case, and pre-and post op pictures. you can always seek out another opinion to get another point of view.
