M659 Cc moderate plus silicone under the muscle. Planning revision in a few months. How can I get them closer together?? They fall into my sides when I lay down too! Totally too spread apart. Low on my chest as well!
Answer: Implants Naturally, breast do fall to the sides when you lay down. However, your implants appear a little large and heavy for your tissue. You can ask to have your lateral and inferior pockets tightened so there won't be as much movement.

Answer: Wide set Unfortunately, your photograph does not reveal the lateral aspect of your breasts. The appearance of “a wide breast“ can often be caused by excess lateral inferior breast, extending into the axilla. This can be corrected but a better photograph and in person exam would be needed for confirmation.
