I had a BA with a donut lift. had mild tuberous breasts got 150 & 200 size implants. the operative report said nothing about cutting the connective tissue which i thought was needed to fix the deformity. I think they are to big on my frame i know the only way to fix this is to take them out. But what procedure do i need to fix the lift. i wanted my aerolas high and small. was told donut lift would give best scar results but mine are stretched, puckering like a fried egg, bad scars, numb, low

No, your implants are placed correctly, behind your breast tissue. With your anatomy, your breasts do sit somewhat low on your chest and the bases cannot be raised. Your breasts look nice. If you are concerned, the lower nipple could be raised, but it is fine where it is.
You did not show a nude photo which would show how much space you have between the breasts. However, I do not recommend going any larger for what you have now is too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. Larger will just stretch and thin your own tissue even more and sag over time.
