Currently 4 months post op. Around 3 weeks post, my left breast dropped seemingly overnight. Since then, I have slowly seen my right breast drop but obviously they are still very uneven. I am able to move both implants in all directions. I do not have any pain. I do however feel a lot of tightness with movement in my right breast. If I flex my chest, you can visibly see the implant shift upward, whereas the left breast stays put. Any hope it will continue to drop, or is a revision in my future?

No, your implants are placed correctly, behind your breast tissue. With your anatomy, your breasts do sit somewhat low on your chest and the bases cannot be raised. Your breasts look nice. If you are concerned, the lower nipple could be raised, but it is fine where it is.
You did not show a nude photo which would show how much space you have between the breasts. However, I do not recommend going any larger for what you have now is too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. Larger will just stretch and thin your own tissue even more and sag over time.
