8 months post op from augmentation- 385cc SRF. After 18 years of maimed breasts & scarring, I’m so thankful for the procedure. But at 3 mo po, my left started dropping & bulging laterally. Getting capsulorrhaphy this week. Surgeon said implant replacement is not required. I'd like to exchange them to be even. But it’s a lot more $. How is it done without taking implants out during suturing? Pics for reference. my research is fruitless.

Behind the muscle gives better coverage and the lateral pockets can be tightened to minimize movement. However, you are thin and have fairly large implants which will always look somewhat fake.
Since you now have bottoming out from the weight of your implants, you should not go larger, but smaller. You can go down in profile for a wider base. Going larger will give more perk and in your face look and be heavier. Gel implants have less ripples.
Yes, the implants can be exchanged for something smaller and the lateral pockets can be tightened if needed. I would suggest waiting at least 4 more weeks, though waiting 4 more months is ideal. This surgery would be less painful than the first. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
