I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your implants are too heavy for your tissue and need to be smaller. The capsule can be used to help tighten the lower pocket. If needed, mesh can be added but it is expensive. Please discuss your options with your surgeon. The implants will need to be removed in order to repair the pocket, and then can be replaced. However, once your implants are removed from the pocket, your warranty may be voided. Please read your warranty packet prior to surgery. If you go with smaller implants, you will have a new warranty.

I'm not sure your surgeon meant that he sutures the capsule with the implant in place, vs that he fixes the capsule with your implant out and then just replaces the same implant back into the adjusted pocket. Suturing of the capsule with the implant left in place is certainly possible, however risky.
