I had implants done in May 2022. I have 380cc Motiva moderate profile. I have spoken to my surgeon as I am unhappy with my results. When I lay flat my implants move to the side causing an excess gap in the middle making them look stuck on. I also have a lot of rippling around the sides and the cleavage. I had a second opinion where the surgeon said the implants would have been better between the muscle rather than over the muscle. My surgeon said fat transfer but I don’t hold any body fat.

Since you now have bottoming out from the weight of your implants, you should not go larger, but smaller. You can go down in profile for a wider base. Going larger will give more perk and in your face look and be heavier. Gel implants have less ripples.
Yes, the implants can be exchanged for something smaller and the lateral pockets can be tightened if needed. I would suggest waiting at least 4 more weeks, though waiting 4 more months is ideal. This surgery would be less painful than the first. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
Since this will be your 5th surgery and your surgeon knows what type of revisions have been done, please ask your surgeon. Most women who have implants cannot go braless because of the weight on their breast tissue.
