Behind the muscle gives better coverage and the lateral pockets can be tightened to minimize movement. However, you are thin and have fairly large implants which will always look somewhat fake.

Having the implant placed beneath the muscle helps to cover a portion of the implant and can disguise rippling or wrinkling for the top portion. If the implants are moving to your sides when laying down you can consider a procedure where the pocket is tightened to keep the implants more central.
