I have had 2 BA now 1 in 2021 325cc mod plus (picked by surgeon after a lot of inspo pics) my results were bad. Boobs touched (pressed against) eachother. Too big on my frame ended up a E. surgeon re did surgery 2022 told to use whatever looked best and gave me a gap to stop the horrible pressure against eachother. I was given 300 mod plus. Still with the same issue. I have my notes and realise implant was wider then my pocket. What would you pic? Measurements attached (mentor implants)
Answer: Implants I would suggest going down in size, maybe 250 cc's, and go with a little higher profile, but tightened your medial pockets so you have more space between your breasts. What you have now is still too large for your frame.

Answer: Implant selection Implant selection is a complex process that includes conversations with the patient about goals for surgery as well as measurements of the breasts. Many surgeons have sample implants available in the office you can "try on" to help you get a feel for how you may look after surgery. This may help you decide. The volume difference between the two implants you mentioned is only 25cc. This is less than 2 tablespoons of volume. That would be a minimal difference once inside the body.

Answer: Implant size Dear Nelly xXx, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Revision breast augmentation issues Nelly, I'm at a loss. I cannot tell from your one photos what is going on. I do not appreciate the loss of cleavage with the implants touching or too close. Can you submit your question with naked frontal and side views as well as pre-op photos. The base width measurements do not restrict a surgeon from choosing an implant with a wider base. I use wider implants to obtain a certain look. Please include a wish pic photo for a better understanding of what you desire. Best wishes. Dr. Taranow

Answer: Breast augmentation revisions Dear Nelly, It is difficult to determine what exactly the problem is from the notes and photo that you provide. The photo shows your breasts to be approximately a B cup with 300cc breast implants. So, there is no way that you could have been an E cup with 325cc breast implants. Breast augmentation surgery is not for everyone. You may be having difficulty assimilating your breast implants into your body image. Talk it through with your plastic surgeon. Good luck!
