It’s been 7 months since I had an implant exchange and 2 months since I had to have a revision on my left breast. I had to have capsule work to lower my left breast to match my right breast. The implants do not change in size. But, as they settle down, your own breast fills out better with the implant in place and you have less upper chest fullness from where the implant originally sat.
