I had my breast augmentation on November 15 2022 and received 355 MP profile smooth round implants. I’ve have a consultation with my doctor about not being happy with implant size and also breasts are different size , one larger than the other. We are going forward with a revision. I don’t have the upper fullness that I’m looking for, but also when I go bigger I don’t want them too large. Should I stay the same profile? Should I do I high profile? Looking for more roundness up top
Answer: Implants Your size is good for your frame. You might consider going with a higher profile, but I don't recommend going up in size. Long term, you will hold this size up best. You have a very natural look now. Going bigger may look more fake.

Answer: Breast Implants Thank you for your question and pictures. Staying as you are or going bigger depends on what's your goal. You already look great, if you are uncertain if you should get a bigger implant, I would suggest waiting a few months, you might get used to your current size.

Answer: Implant size and type Dear mhuselton, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: What implant size and profile will help me achieve my goal? Though you posed a few photos - all were in tops! So very hard to see exact differences in your breasts. Either repost nude breast photos or seek virtual consults with....I would exchange to different sizes at least 100 cc differences using High Profile implants. I question if you might need a lift???
