Hello, My right breast currently has a contracture. It is causing really bad pain. I am currently pregnant and wish to breastfeed, if at all possible. Is there any surgeon who will remove the implants while I am still lactating? My hope is to remove both so that I can breastfeed and alleviate the pain in the right breast.

Answer: Implant removal Dear sportsmama101, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, it is possible to remove implants under local anesthesia. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
