Will my breasts look distorted if I remove my implants after breast lift/augmentation where my crease was lowered?

An explantation with a capsulostomy would require a breast reconstruction to ensure that the breast doesn't look deflated, since removing the prosthesis will result in repositioning of the mammary tissues. In this way, you would achieve an aesthetic result you would be happy with. The most appropriate course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your bra size. However, I recommend explant with The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have had. An examination is needed in order to recommend how you should proceed. You will likely need a lift if the implants are removed based on the description of your concerns. Depending on the amount of breast tissue you have a small implant may be advised for shaping. Your tissue has been stretched with the implants, so you will have some excess skin. You might consider going smaller. Do remember, you were not happy before implants and may not be happy once removed. Your lower fold might be fine, or it may readjust once the implants are removed.
