If the implants were removed, the lining of the implants would remain within the body and the breast would lose its shape, in the event that they were removed. Yes you can have saline implants deflated while you are pregnant. This can be done in the office with no downtime. You can then return to have the shells removed when you have had the baby and/or are finished breastfeeding.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, it is possible to remove implants under local anesthesia. While you are pregnant, you saline implants can be deflated with a needle, but you will want to removed the empty implants once you have delivered and are finished breast feeding. Otherwise, just wait. Deflation carries a very low risks, but the empty bags might be somewhat uncomfortable as the corners can poke.
