I'm looking to explant my 1 year old breast implants. They are 255 cc moderate profile under the muscle. No issues, I just would like to remove them. I had a lift on one side to address asymmetry. Is it likely I will need a second lift?

Answer: Implant removal Dear Feelinglost16, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Lift after implant removal You should have the implants removed and then give your breasts time to recover and heal from the surgery. Your implants aren't very large so I do not anticipate the need for a second lift.
