Breast Implant Capsule Tear Two Times in 4 Weeks. Why? Wouldn't it have healed in 4 weeks?

Are you saying your implant has ruptured or that the capsule around the implant has torn?

Assuming you are just referring to your capsule, I would expect it to take at least 6 weeks to reform,  so to answer your question, at 4 weeks I would not expect it to have healed. In fact at 4 weeks, it would still be quite vulnerable and week.

If your breast shape has essentially remained the same and your breasts are still soft, then I suggest resting for a further 6 weeks and then easing back into physical activity.

Any significant external trauma can result in a tear in the capsule surrounding the implants. Back in the day, external capsulotomies were performed for the treatment of capsular contracture by squeezing the implant and capsule manually to breast up hard scar tissue. This practice was discontinued due to a high incidence of implant ruptures. Back to your situation, heavy lifting may certainly have caused a tear in your capsule. The capsule is just like any other scar tissue that forms after trauma or surgery. It generally takes a good 3 months for scar tissue to mature to about 80% strength. At 4 weeks your scar tissue/capsule tear will have developed at most about 50% strength. So any type of vigorous activities at 4 weeks could have easily re-torn your healing capsule.
