I'm a very petite person. The pictures are 200cc sizers and what I picked. I tried on 300cc and it looked unnatural. I am just trying to get more fullness and a little bigger after breastfeeding. I still want to look petite in my clothes. Everyone always says "Go bigger" with implants so I am worried I picked too small. Going under the muscle. Opinions on this size on me?

Answer: Implant volume is a personal decision Everyone has different goals. For petite patients like yourself a smallish 200-250 can often provide nice fullness but maintain a natural look. I've found that petite patients that want to be natural are less likely to get "boob greed" and are very happy with their smaller implants. If 300 felt like too much then you should trust that instinct. Maybe trying on a 250 and seeing it that's a nice in between or help narrow the options down would be helpful.

Answer: Does 200cc fit my body right? Trying to get more fullness & a little bigger Hello, Thank you for the question. Based on what you are describing, you appear to be a great candidate for breast augmentation. Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions. 200-250cc size implant is considered to be on a smaller size, but will likely give you a fuller cleavage (full B/small C cup) if that is what you desire. I would encourage you to seek a consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to further discuss your options, specific techniques, concerns and expectations. I hope this helps. Answer: A petite implant for a petite person You can always go bigger, but small implants are a good choice due to your small size. The 200 cc implants will likely make a significant enhancement of your chest, without impeding your ability to engage in athletic activities such as running, golf, etc, If in the future your want larger implants, you can always do that. However, if you put in large implants and then decide to downsize, the process is challenging as the implant has stretched the tissue, and may require a lift.
