Your nipple position is at the level of the breast crease, which is an ideal and natural position.
If you’re looking to achieve a naturally enhanced breast volume, breast implants can be an excellent option. I generally recommend Motiva Ergo2 implants because they offer a soft, natural feel with a dynamic gel, which allows for a more natural look and movement. Alternatively, I also use MIA implants for patients who prefer to avoid visible scars on the breast and wish to avoid general anaesthesia, as this implant option can be placed through minimal incisions with local anaesthetic techniques.
Both options are designed to provide a subtle, balanced enhancement that complements your natural breast contours.

I'm 47, bf 2 children. I wear 30DD (look smaller, but I need the small back, and smaller cup sizes don't fit). Nipples widely spaced. They only began to droop in the last 5 years, before that my breasts were very high, I didn't like them as they were still small but looked fake. I like a little sagging, I think its attractive. But, like the snoopy/waterfall sagging looks very unnatural so I don't want that. I want larger, natural looking 47 yo boobs. Will i need a lift?

Saline implants do have a higher risk of rippling, especially in patients with minimal breast tissue, like yourself. This is because the saline inside is more fluid and can create visible folds, particularly when there is little natural tissue to cover the implant. However, implant fill can influence this: underfilled saline implants are more prone to rippling, whereas fully filled or slightly overfilled saline implants reduce this risk.
At our clinic, we use Motiva implants (FDA approved) , which are silicone-based and known for their 100% fill ratio. They offer a very low risk of rippling, capsular contracture, and low rupture due to their advanced design and cohesive gel structure. However, since you’ve had concerns about a previous silicone implant rupture that went unnoticed, I understand why saline implants are being recommended for peace of mind.
With very little breast tissue and opting for a small 200cc saline implant, rippling is a possibility, especially if the implant is placed above the muscle. To minimize this risk, placing the implant under the muscle (submuscular) or choosing a different implant type may be options to consider. 
Your surgeon can discuss which placement or technique would work best for you to reduce visible rippling.

34yo, no kids, 5'5", 140lbs with almost zero breast tissue. Hoping to get a small implant to give me some more shape. I had larger silicone implants in the past with an unknown rupture for potentially several years that I believe made me very unwell so my PS has suggested saline this time to avoid having an unknown rupture again. I have very little tissue, will 200cc saline implants show rippling on me?

That’s a conservative size, that should give a more subtle enchantment. The other option to consider is the MIA implants which are Motiva ergo2 diamonds that give more of a natural appearance considering their unique gel properties

Hi all! I am due to have a BA in January with Motiva Joy Demi profile 170cc over the muscle. I am concerned that they will look like two balls on my chest as I have very little tissue. Although surgeon has stated that I have enough to have them over the muscle. I showed images of Kendall Jenner for my ideal goals (very natural) I am 170cm and 54kg. I would really appreciate it if you could reassure me and give me your opinions on whether these implants will give me my desired result? Thank you!

When evaluating whether a breast lift (mastopexy) is needed, several factors come into play, and photos alone aren't the best basis for deciding. The key element we assess is nipple placement. If your nipples point downward or are at the bottom of the breast, a lift might be necessary. However, based on your description, your nipples seem well-positioned.
We also measure the nipple-to-crease distance under the breast. If this exceeds 10 cm, a lift may be recommended. Since you’re considering implants for increased fullness, this could help improve any mild asymmetry or slight sagging without the need for a lift.
Additionally, you might want to consider the MIA implants. These innovative implants offer fuller results using a smaller volume and incision in the armpit. For example, a 195cc MIA implant can provide the equivalent look of a 260cc traditional implant, giving you the enhanced appearance you want on the top part of the breast while maintaining a natural look. With your current nipple position, MIA implants may give you the best results without requiring a lift.
Ultimately, a consultation with your surgeon will clarify the best approach for your body and desired outcome.

Hi All, I’m planning to get a BA and would prefer to not get a lift. I have met with one surgeon who did suggest a lift. I feel like my breast are deflated after breast feeding but my nipple is above the fold. Could I please have some honest feedback? Any examples would be greatly appreciated.

When deciding whether a breast lift (mastopexy) is needed, there are several key factors to consider. While photos may offer some insights, they aren't the most reliable way to make a decision. One of the primary factors we look at is nipple placement from the fold under the breast. If your nipples are pointing downward or are positioned at the very bottom of the breast, that could indicate a need for a lift. However, from what you’ve described, your nipples seem to be positioned in a good position 
We also measure the distance from the nipple to the crease beneath the breast, and if this measurement exceeds about 10 cm, a lift might be recommended. Based on your concern about your nipples being far from your collarbone, but if they remain centered on your breasts, you’re likely not a strong candidate for a lift.
In your case, if you’re considering implants for size enhancement, they might provide enough fullness to address any mild asymmetry or perceived sagging.

Hi I’m going for a consultation soon but been researching online, it never crossed my mind I'd need a uplift but after seeing photos it has me a little worried wether I’d need one, they don’t seem to sag however I’m a little worried that my nipples are quite far down from my collar bone ?

Choosing the right implant size is personal and depends on your frame and goals. For someone of your size (5ft, 100lbs, 32A), a 200cc implant is a good choice to add fullness, but for a more noticeable change, you may consider slightly. It will be useful for you to do 3D imaging to see what different sizes look like on you, and using external sizers.
From the photos, I believe you're a good candidate for subglandular placement (above the muscle), which avoids the risk of animation deformity&mdash;where the implant shifts during muscle movement. This is a common issue with submuscular placement.
Given your body type a good option for you might be MIA implants (Motiva ergo2 Diamond). These offer the benefits of a larger implant without needing to increase volume. For example, a 195cc MIA implant looks similar to a 260cc traditional implant, giving you fuller results with smaller incisions in your armpit and less overall volume and therefore lighter.

In my opinion, Motiva implants are a superior choice, particularly the Ergonomix range, due to several advanced features. First, Motiva implants have a unique SmoothSilk®/SilkSurface® technology, which reduces the body's immune system response to the implant. This helps limit the risk of conditions like capsular contracture, where the body forms a hard layer of scar tissue around the implant. This technology also reduces biofilm formation (a bacterial buildup), which can lower the chances of complications. The implants also adapt to body movement, creating a natural shape that changes from round when lying down to teardrop when standing.
A 25cc size difference is usually not noticeable, but if there is significant asymmetry, a 50cc difference or more may be required for a visible correction. In my opinion, Motiva’s innovative design and reduced complication risk make them a better option than other brands

I have had a couple of consultations; both surgeons suggested unders with 450cc at the absolute maximum for me. The both mentioned that I have asymmetry. One surgeon said that they’d put Motiva 450cc in the smaller breast and 425cc in the bigger breast. Another surgeon said that he’d put 450cc euro silicone in the smaller breast and either 375cc or 400cc in the bigger breast to even them out. Is the difference that noticeable between 375cc and 425cc? Is Motiva or euro silicone better?

Is there much difference in 25cc, 50cc and 75cc?

My preference lies with Motiva implants, particularly the Ergonomix range, because of the unique benefits they offer. The standout feature of the Ergonomix implants, and even more so with the Ergonomix 2, is their dynamic shape, which is made possible by their advanced gel properties.
What makes these implants truly exceptional is how they mimic the natural behaviour of the breast. When you're lying flat, the breast typically adopts a rounder shape, while when standing, it takes on more of a teardrop form. The Ergonomix 1 and especially the Ergonomix 2 implants are designed to replicate this natural shift. They adapt from a round shape when lying down to a teardrop shape when upright, which, in my opinion, makes them the best choice for achieving the most natural and aesthetically pleasing results

Hi, can you give me some advice on choosing the right motiva implnts for correvtion of tubular type 2 breasts please. The dr I had consultation with siggested motica round but I do not like the look of round implants and prefer ergonomix shape, but recently I came across motiva Oval shape ergonomix and was wondering if they are a better option for corrwvtion of tubular breasts since theyre look fullee than regular ergonomix and still not round.

Depending on what the AI condition was that you developed following your implants, and the size you want to achieve, other non implant options could be possible (depending on examination) such as fat transfer to address asymmetry

Only desire is to address asymmetry and hide scarring rather than size. I will have internal scarring from: 1x original implants, 1x removal w/o replacement, 1x further implants, 1x en bloc capsulectomy and mastopexy (removed due to disproportionate aesthetic results, and development of an AI condition), 1x further scar revision. Would re-implanting necessarily lead to further AI issues, and would satisfactory aesthetic result even be possible in view of previous surgeries and internal scarring?

Will re-implanting after several previous surgeries cause any issues and can I still achieve a satisfactory result? (photos)

There is such a subtle difference between 275 & 300, it’s very difficult to notice a 25cc difference especially when they’re implanted

If im a 6ft female with 34c breasts to begin with , im tossing between two sizes. My original thought for my second consultation was 275cc moderate high profile round implants that filled my double c test bra. But, i tried on 300cc and barely noticed a difference. I have ordered both sizes but will there be much difference between the two?

Will there be a noticeable difference between 275cc and 300cc high profile round implants?
