Bra size 32AA, very petite build. PS suggested 160cc - 180cc. What will get me to a small B cup?

I barely fit into the smallest bra size and have an extremely narrow chest build. I am worried that breast implants will look unnatural. I would like a full A cup or small B cup. Which sizes would 160cc - 180cc be?
