There's no exact timing, but in my practice I would advise you to stop 6 weeks before surgery.
Dear deanna1971,every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello Deanna. If you were my patient I'd have you not donate plasma for at least two weeks before surgery. The longer the better to ensure that you are tuned up for your surgery. Donating can dehydrate you and make your blood volume lower and could contribute to poor recovery. Good luck!
Hello and thank you for your questionTo ensure that your body is as strong as possible on the day of your surgery, it is recommended to stop donating plasma at least two to four weeks before your appointment. However, each surgeon has their own recommendations, so talk with your board certified plastic surgeon about preparing for surgery.

Best wishes for a safe and successful augmentation process!
Thank you for your question! As long as the top of the waist trainer does not rub on your breast incision, it is ok to wear one 10 days post op breast augmentation. I recommend discussing specific post op instructions with your plastic surgeon. Best of luck!
