I'm 25 and I weigh about 155 and 5'6. I have lost over 30 pounds in the last 2 years and I would like a flat stomach and a bigger natural looking butt (nothing big at all). What would be the best procedure to achieve that? (I have one child, c-section in 2010) Also the scar on my abdomen is from having eczema (not a stretch mark)

For elective plastic surgery it is recommended that you have a BMI of 30 or less. Those above this threshold have an increased risk of complications such as seroma, infection, and poor wound healing. The lower BMI will also give your surgeon the opportunity to maximize your results.
