You are a great candidate for a full tummy tuck,liposuction of all areas and fat transfer to the buttocks,all these procedures can be done safely at the same time as long as you are  healthy, consult carefully with a board certified PS.Good luck!

It appears as though you could get excellent results with a tummy tuck done with a Brazilian Butt Lift. With theses two procedures, I could make your belly flatter while using liposuction to further contour your torso.  The fat that I remove with the liposuction could then be used to make your buttocks larger.

Thank you for your question. From your photos and desired results, it looks like you would be best served with a combination of tummy tuck, liposuction to your waist and back along with a brazilian butt lift. A tummy tuck will flatten the abdomen, cinch in the waist, and remove excess fat and skin from the lower abdomen.  Liposuction to the back and waist will give you a lean appearance and accentuate the hour glass figure. A BBL will give you a perkier, rounded posterior maximizing feminine curves. Combination procedures can give powerful results but SAFETY is KEY.  You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done
through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior.  
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat
abdomen.  A BBL can be performed at the same time for improved
buttock and waist contour.  Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.
 The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with.
I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Hi Allit.If we're just going to focus on the abdominal region, I would suggest a lipo-abdominoplasty. This operation includes liposuction of the bra rolls, flank and hips to give you a more hourglass shape. It also includes a tummy tuck surgery in the front of the body. This requires that you're turn in each position for the the different parts of the operation and this is higher risk than simply staying supine for a mommy makeover (which includes breasts and tummy). I would strongly suggest you have a formal evaluation with a board certified plastic surgeon.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO :)

Based on your photos, I would recommend laser assisted liposuction of your flanks and back, a minimal incision breast lift and an abdominoplasty.  Removing fat from the flanks and back makes the buttocks appear relatively larger without the risk oft complications associated with fat injections to the  buttocks. Lifting and shaping the breasts gives them a more full, perky, youthful look. It appears that you have some upper abdomen separation of your rectus muscles, causing the upper abdominal pooch as well as some extra skin and attached fat. An abdominoplasty will correct these problems and give you a smoother, tighter abdomen. However, if you are planning on more children, I would hold off on the abdominoplasty until your family is complete.
