I have had this bump by my nostril since a few hours after cast removal. Just from looking, is it botched or scar tissue? I have very thick skin and was wondering if it is worth getting a revision? Or is there any other procedure to fix this

Answer: A revision could be done for this or adding a small amount of filler to help even out appearance of the nose.
The indentation you noted is not really in the area for valve collapse so you are probably OK there. If it's something that bothers you, a filler can easily be injected in the area to make it a little smoother. Be sure to see an expert injector for consultation.
