How do I reduce bulbous nasal tip two years+ after surgery? (Photo)

Bulbous nasal tip 2 years after surgery I had a septorhinoplasty 2 years ago. My nasal tip pre op was always very fine but post surgery it looks bulbous. I am considering a cortisone shot. My surgeon has since retired unfortunately. What would you recommend?

You may have less nostril show on profile after surgery, however, this is not unattractive. It's not clear from your narrative how long you are after surgery. Some people need more time than others to get used to their nasal appearance after rhinoplasty. If I'm missing the mark, you might...

The key is what is causing the obstruction. Have you tried a nasal spray like afrin or flonase? Does either one fix your breathing to your satisfaction? If so, staying on flonase or other medical management will help (afrin is for short term use only). If the sprays don't help you likely...
