Bulbous nasal tip 2 years after surgery I had a septorhinoplasty 2 years ago. My nasal tip pre op was always very fine but post surgery it looks bulbous. I am considering a cortisone shot. My surgeon has since retired unfortunately. What would you recommend?

Answer: Steroid injections may not be helpful for a bulbous nasal tip appearance after rhinoplasty.
