Over a year post-op & can't breathe through my right nostril after rhinoplasty, how can this be fixed?

I'm not able to breathe through my right nostril after rhinoplasty. But, when I move my nose to the left, I am able to breathe perfectly. What is the cause for this, and how can it be fixed?

Thank you for your question. There may be several reasons for breathing obstruction with or without rhinoplasty.  It is important to have your rhinoplasty expert who can do an examination inside and on the outside of the nose to determine the cause of breathing obstruction and the treatment of the area..
