Injection years after revision rhinoplasty to reduce scar tissue?

I had revision Rhinoplasty in late 2018. Unfortunately it looks like I have some scar tissue in the tip region. Would injections still help after years to reduce scar tissue? Unfortunately my surgeon has retired and I can no longer reach him.
