My doctor abandoned me after a botched surgery. Seeking guidance on what work needs to be done to make me look normal again. The physical and mental toll this outcome has taken on me is too much to bear so I need a treatment plan

Your abdominal scar need to be revised due to the dog ears present. Abdominal skin would need to be elevated and redraped removing the excess skin and the dog ears. You might need further diastasis repair, I cannot tell from this picture.

Hello and thank you for posting! I don’t see anything that can’t be fixed with liposuction and careful scar revision. Maybe if you go more into detail about what you would like to fix, I could be more specific with my answer. That said, I believe your surgery plan is pretty straightforward and simple. More lipo, scar revision, a slight breast lift might be necessary and excess skin removal to correct your dog ears on the sides of your tummy tuck scars for example.

It is very difficult to comment on your result without good series of before and after photos. Based on these photos, I do not see anything that looks like damaged or botched? You have dog ears on the end of incisions which can be handled with excision in local anesthesia. There may be a small breast asymmetry but there is no good front photo to confirm that. All together, you may need a few, smaller procedures to correct current defficiencies. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area should be your next step. Thanks for your question! I wouldn't refer to you as "botched". Revision surgery sometimes needs to happen. For the "dog ears", that's a simple excisional surgery and that can happen with any tummy tuck. Regarding the breast, it looks as though you may have a capsular contracture which unfortunately, can also happen. I would suggest an in-person consultation with a qualified surgeon in your area. Your photos of your breasts are not sufficient to see, but the small dog ears on your abdomen can easily be trimmed in the office under local anesthesia. You are not "botched." I would suggest meeting with another plastic surgeon, discuss your concerns, and your options. Please bring your preop photos as well if you can.

While you would benefit from some touch-up or revision procedures, I don’t think it’s a botched job, just one that requires some tweaking.  
The lateral breasts I cannot tell if it’s implant rippling or an issue with the capsule poker or residual breast tissue ( a physical exam would answer this). 
The lateral abdominoplasty scar have dog ears which may be fixed under local anesthesia.

A very interesting question. What do you consider to be damaged? Have you compared yourself to your preoperative photographs? Have you asked your doctor to suggest minor revisional options for your dog ears? Many procedures require touchups in the office to obtain the optimal result.
